MATINIQUE Members
* Membership in MATINIQUE Members
As a member, you gain access to a range of exclusive benefits.
These include earning points, receiving personalized promotions, and accessing an overview of your receipts.
Every time you shop at matinique.com, you earn 10% of your purchase as points, which are converted within 30 days. After 30 days, your points will be turned into a voucher that you can redeem at checkout.
For every 10 EUR you spend, you earn 1 point. Each point is worth 1 EUR.
You earn new points with every purchase. Vouchers are valid for 120 days from the date of receipt via email. You can check the expiration date of your voucher under "My Account."
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of MATINIQUE Members.
* Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for our loyalty program and using its benefits, we collect information about you. You can read more about what information we collect, how we process it, and your rights in our Privacy Policy.
Accepting these terms and our Privacy Policy is a requirement for membership. If you do not accept the terms, unfortunately, we cannot offer you membership.
A valid email address and mobile phone number are required to become a member.

Profile
1. To register, you must create a profile. On our webshop, you can log in to view and update your personal information and manage your consents.
2. Your password is personal and must be kept secure. Do not share it with others. We store your password in encrypted form to ensure its security.
3. If you suspect any misuse of your account, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or consequences resulting from such misuse.
Communication Between the Club and Its Members
1. We will keep you informed about important changes, such as updates to our terms. Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, or as a pop-up message when you log in to our webshop.
* Earning Points
* As a member, you earn 10% of your purchase value in points. These points can be used toward future purchases during the voucher's validity period.
* Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are credited to your account 30 days after the purchase.
Point Adjustments
*If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
*If you delete your profile, all accumulated points will automatically be removed.
Membership Cancellation
* If you no longer wish to be a member, you can cancel your membership at any time.
*To delete your profile, please contact our customer service. See contact information [here]. When your profile is deleted, all your points and any active vouchers will also be deleted.
Data Storage and Deletion
We retain your information as long as you have an active profile with us. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to delete your profile and any earned benefits if misuse is detected or the program is discontinued. You will be notified in advance if this occurs.
Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. You will be informed of any significant updates via the email address you provided, and you will be required to accept the updated terms the next time you log in.
The most recent version of the terms will always be available on our webshop.
